  • All whole grains food items (e.g. oatmeal, millet, cooked wheat, flax, popcorn, bread, and pasta).
  • Raw vegetables high in fiber especially following vegetables, whether cooked or raw: (broccoli, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, etc.)
  • Peanut butter that is more crunchy (Plain is fine to limit dosages)
  • Nuts and seeds are not included.
  • Lentils, beans, green peas.
  • Hard meat products.
  • Dried fruits items, fruits with seed in it, berries, etc.

This is a perfectly balanced diet plan if you are on a no fiber diet plan, some amount of fiber is there in this diet as well but it is fine as you cannot eliminate the whole fiber from your food sources.
